A parliamentary committee's action-taken report, presented on June 16, called for closer monitoring of a pilot skills programme for adolescent girls. The officially published observations compared outreach with participation in training.

The ministry snapshot cited by the committee, dated October 13, 2025, listed 6,263 girls mobilised, 468 in training and 368 who had completed it. These are different stages, not three interchangeable counts of beneficiaries successfully trained.

The completed figure is about 5.9 percent of those mobilised, calculated from the cited numbers. That is a description of the snapshot, not an eventual completion rate: it does not show the later progress of the remaining girls or how long each had been in the programme.

The committee asked the ministry to address delivery bottlenecks and prepare a phased expansion roadmap, focusing on progression from initial outreach into training.
