Amit Shah presented the President's Colour to Goa Police in Panaji on September 7, 2026. Alongside the ceremonial recognition, he highlighted a multilingual AI call agent intended to help people report cyber fraud through 1930.
Shah said the system would support Konkani, Marathi and Hindi and extend complaint registration to languages in the Constitution's Eighth Schedule. He linked that wider language coverage to the needs of visitors to Goa.
The reporting channel sits within a larger financial-fraud response. A July Home Ministry parliamentary reply describes CFCFRMS as a system for rapid reporting and stopping funds from being moved away by fraudsters. Its procedures cover complaint processing, coordination with banks and restoration of money.
Separate modules introduced in April address money restoration and grievances involving frozen accounts or amounts marked under lien. These serve different needs: stopping further movement of suspect funds, correcting problems with restrictions, and returning money to the rightful claimant.
A multilingual call agent addresses the first contact with that system. Its value depends on capturing a usable complaint and routing it correctly; police investigation and bank action follow through their own processes. Language access and financial response are connected stages of assistance.
