The Education Ministry organised the Bharat Innovates Exposition at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on September 11-12, 2026, alongside BRICS engagements. Its programme brought 37 deep-tech startups and ventures from India's higher-education innovation ecosystem into the summit setting.

Those participants came from the 120-venture cohort at the June exposition in Nice. The Delhi display therefore represented a selected continuation of that programme, not a fresh claim that all 120 companies had exhibited at BRICS.

The September 11 Business Forum supplied the commercial audience: CEOs, investors and industry representatives. Matchmaking coordinated with FICCI, CII and ASSOCHAM was designed to connect research ventures with organisations able to discuss finance, technology partnerships and markets.

That structure linked universities, laboratories and research parks to external partners. Its distinctive role was bringing research-origin ventures into business conversations within a diplomatic gathering, while retaining a smaller, selected exhibition rather than reproducing the entire earlier programme.
